The hotel provided good prices. The property was quiet thanks to its amicable staff. I booked quiet and absolutely perfect room, that was offered with large bathroom and a kettle, for instance.

I was delighted by the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel, especially the lovely artwork and statues. The general areas were well-maintained and created a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with wide hallways and easy-to-use elevators, making it effortless for me to navigate and move around.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and considerate towards us. It would have been lovely if they offered assistance with our luggage or provided a luggage service, as carrying everything up and down the stairs was quite challenging for someone of our age.

Privileged location in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz: The hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore the city's best attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure guests.
Narrow path to access the bathroom: The positioning of the beds in the room made it a bit challenging to move around freely, but we managed to creatively reorganize the beds to optimize the space.

Quirky, interesting decor with large antique pieces throughout the hotel. Well-placed in the old town, making it easy to explore the area. - Receptionist was lovely and spoke good English.
Bathroom in need of an update, with a glass door that wouldn't shut and a nasty shower curtain. Directions for check-in could have been clearer as the hotel didn't look like a hotel from the outside.

I absolutely loved the eclectic decoration of the hotel, filled with large antique pieces that gave it a unique and quirky vibe. As a senior woman, I appreciated the homely atmosphere and the accessibility of the hotel. The general areas were spacious and easy to navigate, making it comfortable for me to move around.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is for clearer instructions or signage in the hotel. Sometimes, it was difficult to find my way around, and the children working there could have been more helpful in providing directions or assistance when needed.
